Dr. Miller Ann McKenzie is a clinical audiologist who provides comprehensive hearing care for patients at Coastal ENT in Ormond Beach, Florida. She brings a diverse background in both clinical practice and the hearing technology industry, allowing her to offer patients a well-rounded perspective on hearing health and modern treatment solutions. Before returning to patient care, Dr. McKenzie worked as a Sales Manager and Clinical Education Specialist for a major hearing aid manufacturer, where she helped support hearing professionals and educate providers on advanced hearing technology. This experience allows her to guide patients through today’s rapidly evolving hearing solutions with confidence and clarity.

Education and Training

Dr. McKenzie earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Florida State University, graduating with honors. She later completed her Doctorate in Audiology (AuD) at the University of South Florida, where she received advanced training in diagnostic audiology and hearing rehabilitation.

Her clinical interests include adult diagnostic hearing evaluations, amplification technology, tinnitus management, and vestibular-related concerns. She works closely with ENT physicians to ensure patients receive coordinated care that addresses both the medical and hearing aspects of ear health.

Professional Leadership and Involvement

Dr. McKenzie is actively involved in advancing the field of audiology. She currently serves as Treasurer for the Florida Academy of Audiology and has volunteered with both the American Academy of Audiology and the Florida Academy of Audiology in roles related to professional development and convention planning.
