Biography

Ellis L. Webster, MD, is a board-certified otolaryngologist specializing in comprehensive care for ear, nose, and throat disorders in adults. Born in Anguilla, he began his academic journey in the Caribbean before earning his Bachelor of Science at the University of the Virgin Islands, followed by a Master of Science and Doctor of Medicine from Yale University. He completed his residency in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Iowa.

For more than 25 years, Dr. Webster has provided expert ENT care in Florida and Anguilla, with clinical interests ranging from ear and hearing loss to sinus, sleep, thyroid, and head and neck surgery. He has published research in leading medical journals and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. In addition to medicine, Dr. Webster has been deeply involved in leadership and service, serving as Premier of Anguilla from 2020–2025 and receiving the prestigious Frist Humanitarian Award in 2018.

His philosophy centers on respect, availability, and attentiveness to each patient’s unique needs, ensuring high-quality, compassionate care.
