Roland Z. Gerencer, MD, FACS, FRCS(C), provides comprehensive ear, nose, and throat care at Coastal ENT in Palm Coast and Port Orange. With more than 25 years of private practice experience, Dr. Gerencer focuses on patient-centered ENT treatment, using his advanced training and clinical expertise to help guide patients toward the most effective outcomes. His areas of interest include chronic sinusitis, nasal polyps, advanced rhinology, endoscopic skull base surgery, and hypoglossal nerve stimulation for obstructive sleep apnea.
